Continue from previous post, here are some of cold dishes served at Jogoya Restaurant.

Oyster!  My number one favourite when go to a buffet.  The oyster served here is big and fresh.  Eat with lemon juice if the taste of the oyster is too strong for you.  Also, remember to avoid dairy product if you have eaten at lot of oyster.

My number two buffet favourite, sashimi or also known as Japanese delicacy consisting of very fresh raw meat or fish sliced into thin pieces!  Maybe not so thin.  There are salmon, tuna, cuttle fish and abalone.

Another view of my sashimi with the big scallop.  All fresh and juicy.

Top view of my sashimi plate.  Enough with photos, we should not leave our sashimi unattended without ice for too long as it might get contaminated with bacteria.

Fresh sashimi salmon.  They will replace the salmon once a while to keep it fresh.

Salmon sushi.  I don't really eat rice sushi to keep some space in my stomach for other food.
